haha meant to post this journal a couple days ago... but it's here now!

how was everybody's Christmas? go to a relatives or anywhere special or did you stay home and mess around with the stuff you got? what did you guys get?? did it snow? i feel kinda sad cuz i didn't catch any of the Christmas specials on tv! QAQ and i didn't make a X-mas art... even though i wanted to!... maybe later

on a lighter note, i have my History research paper done! good riddance, i hate those things! still gotta finish my English one... i'll power through! *raises fist in the air* and now to tell you guys what i got for Christmas! i got a bunch of clothes that i actually LIKE (from my stepmom, go figure!) a new phone (actually got this early since my last phone broke), movie passes, a couple gift cards (Barnes & Noble. guess what that's going to), a buttload of sewing supplies with a book of sewing basics (recently got a love for sewing), a few CDs, chocolates, lotion (i NEEEEED this stuff!), and last but not least an Allen plushi! *hugs plushie* i carry him around the house now <3 so now my family thinks i' weirder that before

on a side note, i used the sewing supplies i got to finish my Timcanpy! i only need some flexible wire to put into the wings and tail and this son of a bitch will be DONE! yay for first big sewing/crocheting project!

... holy crap! 2 years!? really!?!? tomorrow iz my second dA birthday! it didn't feel like that long... O.o
well, i wanna thank all the people that support me! i learned a lot while i wuz here and i made huge improvements in my art (but i still have a long way to go)

two of them due on the same day! i hate research papers, they are the bane of my existence but the only one that's giving me problems right now iz my history one. the subject i chose wuz possibly the WORST subject i could have EVER chosen! it's hard to find any sites with ANY information and none of the sites i found so far are good enough the outline iz due on Monday and hopefully i can pull something out of my ass and not totally fail i already kinda sorta have an idea of what to put in there... i guess. i'm currently comforting myself with some Lindt chocolate i got last Wednesday (German class sells them for $2!! can u believe it!?) *noms a little on chocolate* *sigh* ok i'm gonna start it later tonight *major procrastination*

on a brighter note, i just found a crapload of awesome amv/mmv/slideshows on youtube which iz awesome cuz for the past couple weeks i havnt found anything good which kinda added to my "depression" (if u wanna call it that) over the research paper *cringe* and Nikki just gave me a bucket of awesome music to add to my mp3 this weekend and my new loves are Skillet, the Pierces, and Flyleaf's new CD (i've known Flyleaf for a while)

another slice of bad news iz that my black pencil iz officially dead Dx rest in peace, black pencil *pencil angel flutters away* it happened sumtime last weekend and it sucks cuz i use black in EVERYTHING that i color (i'm not kidding, look through my gallery ) and i now have 3-4 pieces that are on hiatus. the good news iz i'm gonna get another pencil today when i go to the mall (thank god Prismacolor sells colors individually! *kisses Prismacolor's feet*) and my mom told me she wuz gonna get me the 24 pack of pencils (currently have 12 pack) for X-mas cuz she knows i want them so bad i'm excited for X-mas this year cuz i actually have money to give pple decent presents and i just love X-mas very warming time of year

i finally got my Road cosplay done for Halloween~ x3 i dnt have a wig, but i wuznt planning on having a wig for this anyway (gonna have it for Anime Boston this year tho) i will try to get pictures
it took me about 7 hours to sew some sleeves and the collar O.o but it wuz totally worth it and it came out great! x33
